- Wet hair. Apply a small quantity of Blue Cap Shampoo and massage the scalp
- Rinse and repeat the application
- Allow the product to act for about 5 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly with enough water
- Use at least 2-3 times per week for the first two weeks
- Repeat the process whenever necessary
